Engine Mount Inserts for
Avenger and Chrysler 200 with 3.6
Polyurethane inserts for the front engine
mount. These are softer, 70 durameter inserts, for
performance, yet no vibration.
Set includes two form fitting inserts.

Part number PB1040

Fits 2011, 2012, 2013 Avenger and Chrysler 200 with the 3.6 Liter V6
This is what the stock engine mount looks
like for the 3.6 engine. (red arrow)
You will be lowering this mount and
and bracket from the car.

One insert goes into one side and one
insert goes into the other side of the
mount. It is basically two halves.

You will need to have your car on a lift
or drive up ramps. Make sure car is
secure as you will need to be under the
front of it.
Blue and red arrows show the bolts that
need to be removed to remove that long
metal mount/brace.
Keep track of which bolt came from
which location for re-assembly.
After the metal mount/brace is lowered to the
bench or floor you just slide in the poly
engine mount inserts into the stock rubber
engine mount. One from each side.
Red arrow shows the mount they go into.
This shows them installed. The inserts
fill in the holes/gaps in the factory
mount to help stop engine movement,
rotation.
This photo shows the mount, brace back
in location. Red arrow shows the mount.
Blue arrows...make sure these rubber
isolators are installed correctly...one
rubber isolator on top and one below the
brace with the sleeve in the center.
.Re-install and tighten all bolts!
