This is the Columbia River Gorge.
My gal Elaine and I go hiking alot. We often go to the famous Columbia River Gorge.
It is famous not only for it's beauty but the many water falls. It is only 30 to 40 minutes
from Portland, Oregon, so we can escape to it when we need a break. This photo
was taken after we climbed up the "Rock of Ages" trail, turned left, and then kept going.
Yes, we climbed from the road below to this view.
